This program integrates three critical forms of education and development by combining a consultancy service with mentoring and coaching. This empowers you to learn in a safe environment, guided by 23+ years of experience. We help you to understand what you already know about your RTO and the industry. We teach you what you don’t know, why you should know it, and how it fits into the bigger picture of your RTO. And where required, we will provide you with a completed document such as a policy to help streamline the entire process.

So, why don’t we just do it all for you? This is, in fact, what a traditional consultancy provides. The problem is that in this model, you never quite understand how or why things get done. Before long, you realise that you’ve locked yourself into a contract with the realisation that you’d be lost if something were to ever happen to your consultant— you have no idea how to do what they do.
At RTO Coach, our ultimate goal is to make ourselves redundant to you. We want you and your staff to know your RTO inside and out so that it is ‘Bus Proof.’ That means that if someone in your organisation were to be hit by a bus (yes, it’s dramatic), everyone would be able to keep things ticking along in that person’s absence. The reliance on consultants can and has run RTOs into a great deal of trouble.

The best part about our Coaching, Mentoring and Consultancy program? It can take place entirely online! We live in the era of remote work, and our clients run their RTOs all around Australia. So we have tailored our CMC program to be completely effective, completely online.
While we always endeavour to meet our clients face to face when possible, we recognize that it’s often not practical on an ongoing basis— particularly when you’re wearing the many hats of an RTO owner. Our online program is suited to that busy reality.
How Remote RTO Consulting Works
With online CMC, you don’t waste time commuting or tidying up the office for our arrival— just find a chair, fire up the computer and get ready to receive some RTO help online, on your schedule.
CMC sessions are normally run via Zoom, and another massive benefit to our online Coaching, Mentoring and Consultancy sessions is that they’re all recorded. We then load these recordings into your own private channel for review at any time.
This means you can review a process we’ve shown you, remind yourself of key points, or simply gaze into our eyes and wonder where we’ve been your whole RTO life.
Other benefits of our online CMC sessions include screen sharing capability, which lets us visually show how a certain tricky process goes, rather than simply describing it via voice.
We can also provide additional help over the phone and email. And remember, we don’t charge by the email or phone call. We would rather you reach out to us if you’re unsure about something rather than push on due to fear of racking up a bill.
What’s the point in having an RTO coach if you don’t utilise them? Don’t bench us, get us in the game!
Who Should Attend RTO Coaching Sessions?
Who joins in the CMC sessions? Generally, there will be the key contact – that is likely yourself or, on occasion, it can be the designated ‘GSD’ (Get S*** Done) Person in your RTO. We all have them.
When we have our first discovery call with you, we will identify any other staff who could benefit from joining in the Coaching, Mentoring and Consultancy process. The sessions can be 1:1 or a group session to maximise efficiency.
